Automatically apply ledger entries across your entire system

In standard Business Central, unapplied ledger entries accumulate over time. Invoices that have been paid sit alongside their corresponding payments as separate, unapplied entries. This makes it harder to see the true position on a customer, vendor or employee account and creates unnecessary clutter in your ledger.

Astral Apply identifies Customer, Vendor and Employee Ledger Entries where the balance is zero and applies them automatically. It adds a Balance field to the list pages so you can immediately see which entries have unapplied items. You can auto-apply individual entries with a single click or process them in batches.

Astral Apply also enables General Ledger entry application - the ability to apply G/L entries against each other. This is not available in standard Business Central and provides visibility into which entries comprise an account balance, making reconciliation and analysis significantly easier.

The built-in Job Scheduler allows you to set up a regular recurrence so that auto-application runs automatically in the background, keeping your ledgers clean without any manual effort.
