Card payments without leaving Business Central
Astral Pay adds a secure payment link to your posted sales invoices. When you email an invoice from Business Central, the customer receives a professional invoice document with a prominent "Pay Now" button. Clicking the button takes them to a secure payment page where they can pay by credit or debit card.
When the payment is completed, it is registered in Business Central and automatically matched against the corresponding invoice. The customer ledger is updated, the payment appears in the bank reconciliation and the entire process completes without manual intervention from your finance team.
For businesses that invoice customers who prefer to pay by card rather than bank transfer or Direct Debit, Astral Pay significantly reduces the time between invoicing and payment. Customers can pay immediately on receipt of the invoice rather than adding it to a payment run.
