Dynamics 365 Sales is a full CRM platform in its own right. It runs on the Microsoft and delivers contact and account management, pipeline tracking, sales forecasting, activity logging and quote management out of the box. Many of our clients run Dynamics 365 Sales as their primary sales platform without any ERP integration.
For organisations that also run Business Central, the native integration adds another layer of value. Dynamics 365 Sales runs on the Microsoft Dataverse, while Business Central operates on its own platform. The native integration synchronises data between the two systems, giving your sales team CRM visibility alongside live financial and inventory data from Business Central. When a sales representative creates a quote in CRM, it can flow through to Business Central as a sales order. When an invoice is posted in Business Central, the revenue is visible in the CRM pipeline.
