Structured, Proven, Repeatable
Discovery and Scoping
Industry-specific workshops to understand your processes, pain points and requirements. We document the scope in detail and agree a fixed price before any work begins. Our consultants already know your industry, so discovery focuses on your specific situation rather than learning the basics of your sector.
Configuration and Build
Business Central is configured to match your agreed requirements. Chart of accounts, dimensions, posting groups, workflows, approval rules and industry-specific functionality are all set up in a dedicated sandbox environment. Any custom AL development is built, tested and deployed during this phase.
Data Migration
Master data and opening balances are migrated from your existing systems. We run trial migrations to validate the data, identify any transformation requirements and correct issues before the final migration. You sign off the migrated data before we proceed.
User Acceptance Testing
Your team tests the system against real business scenarios. We provide test scripts based on your processes and support your team through the testing process. Issues identified during testing are resolved before go-live. This phase gives your team hands-on experience and builds confidence.
Training
Role-based training for every user. Finance teams, warehouse staff, project managers and administrators each receive training tailored to how they will use the system daily. Training uses your own data and your own processes, not generic demonstrations.
Go-Live and Hypercare
Supported go-live with our consultants available for immediate issue resolution. The hypercare period provides enhanced support during the critical first weeks of live operation. When hypercare ends, you transition to Support Minutes for ongoing needs.
